Roberto Ambriz has been with the Maggiano’s family since 2021. His journey began at the Baybrook Maggiano’s where he has been Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef and now Executive Chef. What he loves about working at Maggiano’s is making guests feel special. His favorite Maggiano’s dish is the Shrimp Scampi.
