HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Oven Cooking Procedure

In a preheated 350° oven, place protein in an oven safe container and add water. Cook covered for 30-45 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is achieved and all you smell is yummy food. For a deliciously caramelized consistency, cook uncovered for an additional 8-10 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy.

Microwave Cooking Procedure

Place protein in a microwave safe container. Cook covered on high for 3 minutes until an internal temperature of 165° is achieved.

Let cool and enjoy.

Oven Cooking Procedure

In a preheated 350° oven, place side items in an oven safe container. Cook covered for 20-30 minutes until an internal temperature of 165° degrees is achieved and your sides are bubbling deliciously.

Let cool and enjoy.

Microwave Cooking Procedure

Place side items in a microwave safe container. Cook covered on high for 3 minutes until an internal temperature of 165° is achieved.

Let cool and enjoy.

Oven Cooking Procedure

Transfer the pasta and sauce to a saute pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat about 3-4 minutes. Stir the pasta. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Microwave Cooking Procedure

Remove lid from plastic container and set on top, allowing room for steam to escape OR transfer to a microwave safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and stir the pasta. Return it to the microwave for another 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
