Executive Chef
Oscar Carrillo has been with the Maggiano’s family since 2006. His journey began at the Maggiano’s in Tampa where he started in dish and has held every position within the kitchen up to Executive Chef of the restaurant. What he loves about the brand are the great people he has gotten to work with side by side on his journey with Maggiano's. He has met some amazing people in the industry, from mentors to best friends. His favorite Maggiano’s dish is the Chicken Francese.
