Executive Chef
Executive Chef Jose Esparza is passionate about using flavors in unique ways, discovering new dishes. “When I’m not with family, I’m happiest working with garlic, onions, tomato and basil, I love the scents,” he says. Using fresh pastas, meats, produce and cheeses he creates meals that make guests feel special and he enjoys customizing dishes in Maggiano’s scratch kitchen to accommodate any allergies or personal taste.
